Chad Bourque is a benefits and HR consulting specialist at Gallagher Benefit Services, focusing on risk management and helping clients control and minimize their total cost of risk. He ensures clients have the appropriate coverage to maximize value for employees and their families.

Chad began his career in 2010 and joined Gallagher in 2023. Prior to that, he spent eight years with KPMG Australia’s Risk Assurance division, specializing in risk management and internal audit services. He then transitioned to Community Coffee, where he developed the Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement departments, leading projects to enhance organizational efficiency.

Most recently, Chad served as the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for a Louisiana-based business, overseeing accounting, HR, strategic planning, and customer engagement initiatives. 

Katie Decker is a seasoned professional with a passion for making a difference. As a Senior Development Manager at the American Cancer Society, she orchestrates impactful initiatives to support cancer research and patient care. Committed to a life of continuous service, Katie actively contributes to various organizations, currently serving as the Vice President of the Nicholls College of Business Alumni Chapter and as a Board member for the Young Ascension Professionals group. In addition to her professional endeavors, Katie is pursuing an Executive MBA at Southeastern Louisiana University, further honing her skills to drive positive change. Outside of work and academia, Katie and her husband are avid travelers, always seeking new adventures and opportunities to explore the world.
